In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

wni bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Where possible and appropriate, wni bd will provide advance notice of account closure; however, in cases involving fraud, illegal activity, or urgent security concerns, immediate suspension without prior notice may be necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Grounds for suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
